Shipping and delivery
We make every effort to ensure that the ordering and delivery process is as simple as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or encounter any problems, please contact our customer service department. Below we explain how the order processing and delivery proceed.
Shipping costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order in Poland, the USA, the UK, and Germany. All our products are delivered to you free of charge, with no minimum order value.
Order shipping
Have you found the perfect product on our site? You want to receive it as soon as possible! That is why we ensure that your order is processed and sent in the shortest possible time.
Below we present the average delivery times for all our parcels:
- After placing the order, we need 1-2 working days to process it. On working days, this takes one day, but if the order is placed on a Friday evening or during the weekend, the processing time may be longer.
- After processing, the order will be sent and usually arrives within 4-6 working days.
After placing the order, you will be able to track its delivery. Within a few days, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the shipment status with our logistics partner. You can check the order status on our Track & Trace page.

Order delivery
After receiving your order, you can enjoy your purchase! However, if you want to exchange or return a product, please visit our returns page.
Faulty product?
That is an unfortunate situation! Sometimes products may be damaged during transport. In such a case, we will promptly send you a new product at no extra cost. We do not offer a refund on the first report, but if the situation repeats, we will refund the full purchase amount.
Placing an order
The ordering process at Stellara is very simple. First, go to the product page and add the chosen item to the basket by clicking “Add to basket.”
Make sure you have selected the correct product variants. If everything is correct, click “Proceed to checkout.” On the order page, enter the correct address details and check their accuracy. After filling in all the information, click “Proceed to shipping.”
On the “Shipping” page, you will see a summary of your details and information that shipping is completely free. We cover all shipping and delivery costs as a token of gratitude to our customers. Then click “Proceed to payment.”

After choosing your preferred payment method, click “Complete order,” and you will be redirected to the payment page. Follow the instructions to finalize your order. If you encounter any problems, you can always contact us.
Lost parcel?
If the parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will first resend it before proceeding with a refund. If the order does not arrive within 60 days of shipping, it may be refunded.
