When can I expect my order?
To keep our prices as low as possible, Stellara delivers products directly from the maker or supplier. Therefore, delivery time may be somewhat longer than usual. Order processing takes about 1-2 working days. The average delivery time in Poland, USA, UK, and Germany is about 4-6 working days.
The expected delivery time has passed – where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected time. Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur. If 3 extra days have passed since the expected delivery time ended and the order still has not arrived, please contact us by email: info@stellara.pl

Some products are missing – why?
Some orders are sent in separate parcels due to weight limits. To guarantee the highest quality of products, ordered items may come from different suppliers. If you order several products at once, they may be delivered at different times.
Don’t worry, your order is on its way. The remaining part of the order usually arrives within 1-3 working days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
Unfortunately, sometimes an order gets damaged during transport. The fault does not lie with the customer. In such a case, contact our customer service by sending an email to: info@stellara.pl. Please attach photos of the damage to the message.
Do not return the product without first sending photos. Unfortunately, without this, we will not be able to offer a proper solution. Our customer service will handle your case as soon as possible and find the best solution.
What if I ordered the wrong product, the size does not fit, or I changed my mind?
First, contact our customer service (info@stellara.pl). Then we will find the best solution for you. In case of a return, the customer only covers the cost of return shipping.
