Return and Refund Policy
Returns are possible within 30 days:
- Products must be in their original condition and have original tags and labels.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
- Returned products must not show signs of use.
Please note. If the returned products do not meet these conditions, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return. We reserve the right to reject returns if we suspect the products were used or damaged for reasons beyond our control.
Always make sure your package has a Track & Trace tracking code. Returns that are lost will not be refunded unless you provide proof of shipment with the Track & Trace code. Returns sent by mail without a tracking code are at your own risk. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you by email. Refunds to your account will be made within a few days after the return is processed.
Order cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 5 minutes of being placed. After 5 minutes, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order, contact us at info@stellara.pl immediately after it is placed.
Returns are at the sender's risk, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received the wrong product or size, we will send you the correct item free of charge!
Money back
Refunds are processed on average within 3-5 business days from the moment the return is received.
